How to make a complaint to Vitality

If you’re unhappy with our service, please let us know so we can work to reach a resolution. We’re committed to resolving any concerns at the earliest opportunity, however more complex issues may take longer to investigate, but we’ll keep in touch during this process. If you need any additional support, whether long-term or temporary, please let us know how we can help, including as much detail as possible when you contact us. We’ll then ensure your plan is updated to reflect this, or we may reach out to you to discuss this further.
