Calls to '03' numbers cost no more than a national rate call to a 01 or 02 number, whether from a mobile or a landline. If you get inclusive free calls to local rate numbers with your landline or mobile tariff, calls to '03' numbers will be included.

Where to next?
1 You can book two face-to-face private GP appointments each plan year as part of out core health insurance cover. You'll need to make an upfront payment each time you book a consultation, and we'll cover the rest of the consultation charge. If you have added the London Care hospital list, you'll get unlimited appointments.
2 Up to six sessions of physiotherapy and up to eight sessions of counselling or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is included in our core health cover each plan year.
