If your company health insurance was provided by Vitality, you’ll have the option to continue with no change to the way we treat your medical history. This means that if you have previously been covered for a particular condition and have made a claim, we can still cover you for ongoing treatment for that condition. This is subject to the terms and conditions of your new plan.

Calls to a '03' number cost no more than a national rate call to a 01 or 02 number, whether from a mobile or a landline. If you get inclusive free calls to local rate numbers with your landline or mobile tariff, calls to '03' numbers will be included.
