Reasons to continue your health cover

Healthy rewards - we provide access to a whole range of health and reward partner discounts and incentives to motivate you to be active and healthy.

Full Cover Promise - we take care of in-patient and day-patient consultant and anaesthetist fees in full. That means that you won’t need to pay for any shortfall – as long as the condition and treatment is eligible on the plan and the consultant is recognised by us.

Cancer Cover - everyone gets comprehensive Cancer Cover as part of Core Cover.

Access to leading specialists and private hospitals - you have a choice of hospital options - meaning you can select your preferred consultants as long as they are recognised by us.

Vitality GP - access to a private GP video consultation within 48 hours (subject to opening hours). For immediate advice, there’s our 24/7 medical helpline.

Best possible medical care - access to the latest medical technology, drugs and surgical procedures as they become available and are covered on your plan.
If your company health insurance was provided by Vitality, you’ll have the option to continue with no change to the way we treat your medical history. This means that if you have previously been covered for a particular condition and have made a claim, we can still cover you for ongoing treatment for that condition. This is subject to the terms and conditions of your new plan.
