Vitality Appoints Sarah Kirby as Chief People Officer
Vitality has today announced the appointment of Sarah Kirby as Chief People Officer, replacing Judy Parfitt, who will retire at the end of June.
Sarah will join Vitality on 1 March, overseeing all aspects of the People and Property function for Vitality, including human resources, talent management, employee communication and engagement, and management of property and facilities.
Sarah brings with her extensive experience, having held the role of Group HR Chief Operations Officer at Zurich, previously having been Global Head of Group HR Strategy, Organisation Development, and Transformation. Additionally, Sarah, has held HR Director and other senior roles at HSBC and a number of other financial institutions.

Judy has been at Vitality for eight years and has been instrumental in transforming and leading the Vitality People team. Judy will work alongside Sarah until June to ensure a smooth transition.
