You’ll also need to make sure your Vitality account is linked to Google Fit or Apple Health.

If you’re paying for a Fiit app membership that you didn’t sign up for via Vitality, you can also earn Vitality points. You’ll need to make sure your Fiit membership is linked to Google Fit or Apple Health.

You’ll need to link your Vitality account to Apple Health or Google Fit, if you haven’t already. You can then earn Vitality points for continuous workouts of 20 minutes or more.

You don't need to wear a Fiit fitness tracker during workouts to earn Vitality points.

You’ll be able to earn activity points for any Fiit workout. Each Fiit workout must be for a continuous 20 minutes or more to quality for Vitality points. For example, you won’t get points for two 10-minute workouts on the same day.

You'll receive five activity points for a continuous 20-minute workout with Fiit. You can only receive activity points for one workout a day.

If you sign up for a 12-month membership with Fiit you do not need to enter your card details.

You'll need to contact Fiit using the email address [email protected] to cancel your membership. You can also head to the Fiit website and contact them using the live chat feature.
