Missing Vitality points

Find out how to recover any Vitality points that
are missing from your statement

We understand how frustrating it can be when your Vitality points are missing. There are a variety of ways you can solve this, with some tips below. Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Vitality Member app. Once you’ve completed any of these steps, allow 48 hours for the points to update.

Vitality points. These are points awarded for health check-ups and mindfulness activity. To earn Vitality points for Health Assessments and check-ups, submit your evidence.  To learn more about points, read our how to earn points guide.

Activity points are a subset of Vitality points. These are points awarded for exercise (steps, heart rate or calories) recorded through activity trackers. To earn points for steps, heart rate or calories, link a device or app to Vitality.
