From Monday 7 April 2025, your rewards are getting a boost, exclusively in the Vitality UK app
Some of your rewards are changing
Monday is the new Thursday
You've always earned activity points from Monday to Sunday.
From 7 April 2025:
- You'll get your rewards from Monday each week too, to make things simpler for you
- Regularly log into the Vitality UK app to make sure your activity points are up to date by Sunday, so you're ready for your rewards from Monday.
Earn 12 activity points
Keep moving and earn 12 activity points by midnight on Sunday to pick your weekly rewards from the following Monday. You’ll be prompted to “Pick now” under the Weekly Pick section in the Rewards tab.
Pick your weekly rewards in the Vitality UK app
Choose between a discounted cinema ticket at ODEON or Vue OR Caffè Nero and itsu rewards, then confirm your selection. You’ll have until Sunday of that same week to make your pick.
Your rewards will appear as vouchers in the Rewards tab.
Use your reward
Your vouchers will be waiting in Rewards tab in the app. Make sure you use them before Sunday.
Caffè Nero reward
The same handcrafted drink reward from Caffè Nero, now with added flexibility to give you more choice, too.
From 7 April 2025, when you earn 12 activity points:
- First, pick your weekly Caffè Nero reward in the Vitality UK app from Monday each week
- Then, your voucher will appear in the Wallet section in the Caffè Nero app
- Use your reward by Sunday of the same week
When you pick this reward, you’ll be able to also enjoy:
- 25% off Caffè Nero food on one transaction during that week
- 50% off the Vitality Healthy Food menu anytime during the same week
As part of your weekly rewards options, you can choose from Caffè Nero and itsu rewards OR 50% off a cinema ticket at ODEON or Vue every week.

Rakuten TV reward
From 7 April 2025, 50% off a weekly cinema ticket replaces your Rakuten TV reward. Pick 50% off a cinema ticket when you earn 12 activity points each week. You’ll need to pick and use your weekly cinema reward by Sunday in the same week you’ve earned it.
